We've got the Welsh Trust show at the end of Oct so can pick up stuff there and then will be at Old Comrades, Doncaster race course. Better book some more lessons!

Loft coats keep some of the bloom of your clothes but a lot of older fanciers feel the birds get used to seeing the fancier in the same thing every day. If somebody goes to the loft without a coat on the birds can get edgy!

any workware suppliers will do different coloured smock coats and a lot cheaper than pigeon accesory stockests.

Agree'd it has to be a profesional body fronting a campaign but who would fund it? RPRA won't, members won't and can you see the RPRA giving up the Blackpool income, unlikely!

Its not a fund thats needed its a change in rules to prevent members breaking up clubs to go and form another to keep certain members out!

We shouldn't have to set it up ourselves but what chance is there of the RPRA doing anything!

all sounds good, 4 sections is about right, 1 for cocks, 1 for hens, 1 for yb's and 1 for stock. More are always useful but end up getting filled with birds!

I've been to Brians a few times and his main race loft is one side of his bungalow with stock and youngbrds the other! If this was an arson attack i'd be suprised with his dogs around and its not the most accesable place! Sickening which ever way!

What you havn't said Sportka is how old this hen is! If she has been such a prolific breeder has she finished her egg laying cycle?
