nothing wrong with wandering off thread occasionaly, its all part of the banter on this site and it would be extremely boring if it didn't happen. The best answers to many questions come out of people different opinions!
The RPRA etc give out your details to anybody who finds one of your birds! They say as you are a member it means you have agreed to them disclosing your information.
If this is the case then by being a member of the forum does that not give them permission to release if needed.
in one recent case the buyer purchased a bird in an online auction (charity), they took nearly a month of being chased before they paid and then over a month after they had received the bird they said it was sick and wanted there money back!
maybe admin can keep a register for buyers with all details and only if a purchase pulls out, messes somebody around, doesn't pay etc should there details be released.
With the current breakins etc i wouldn't want my details published.
Why is it being awkward?
Some sellers get upset when genuine questions are asked so why not put up as much information as possible in the first place!
If the birds havn't done anything or bred anything then say, that way nobody is misslead.
I like to see blood lines, performances by vendor and anybody else who has had birds.
Pictures are also nice to see to show quality of birds.
But this is just my opinion but the more information you can provide reduces the need for loads of questions.
