i would say this fancier [in my opinion] is right,,,, this could be blamed on im-proper management of the moult, or in fact just a weekness in the bird,, as all the other birds would seem ok , i would go for the latter,,

theres allways many different opinions on pigeons, i suppose really , its mainly up to the owner,, but thats the beauty of pigeons, no-one is really ever right,, and really its only self opinions, and probably a case of trial and error,, ,, but the less errors the better

allthough i know its meant in fun, but sometime ago we had a complaint from an epileptic member, on the site , these flashing lights set his epilepsy off , so, really may not be worth it lol
