  4. this is the 18ft x 6ft loft. it doesnt have the sputniks on the front now, it has drop down aviaries. Regards alex.
  5. I'll try and get some up mucker. I'm not on the Internet at the moment.
  6. Roland if you look under roof ventilation you will see my progress. It's the triple roof system used by ronnie Williamson and Paul gregg from Ireland. I hope this helps.
  7. Thank you for all the best wishes, my small loft is away, with interest in the larger one. My aim is to get back on my feet for 2014 possibly 2013 yb. Huge thanks to the guys that r helping me out of this predicament, you know who ur. Regards alex.
  8. all will become clear soon Brian..
  9. would consider selling single?
  10. Due to unforeseen circumstances, i am having to part with my 2 lofts. 1st loft is a Blakes 18ft x 6ft 3 section loft 3 years old. (was £1200.00 new) 2nd loft is a blakes 12ft x 6ft 2 section loft 3 years old. (was £650.00 new) the roof on both have just been completed to the same spec as Ronnie Williamson and Paul Greggs, which accommodates brilliant light and ventilation, cost £300.00 and only 1 month old. Included in the sale: is 24 nest boxes (RV WOODCRAFT) 100 lift off perches 3 large feeders 2 small feeders 2 fountains 3 drinkers nest bowls clip on drinkers 2 grit stations and a few bits and bobs. The lofts have been fitted with aviaries, which allows every single pigeon access to an outside view in safety. They are able to take a bath in safety as well, so all round brilliant for keeping the birds safe. These lofts have been well looked after, and are as good as new. Ive read all the negative comments about Blakes lofts, and have to disagree with them all. The only complaint i have is that when they delivered them they fished my biscuits. At the moment they are in an L shape with a built in corner area for food ect which measures 10ft x 10ft. I would prefer the buyer to dismantle, but if really necessary i would try and have them ready for uplift. I will try and get some photos up of them as soon as, but if there is any questions to be asked feel free to contact me Please dont pm me, id rather hear from u. My number is 07584373361. Regards alex wight lochgelly fife.... thanks for reading.. Looking for offers, but i have a price in mind.....
  11. Thank you mucker.
  12. It's up to the clubs to take them off the trailer at the first race OR if they wish, to go and pick them up. It's up to the clubs what they do???
  13. Hello Fife fed members, the following baskets are awaiting uplift at Johns farm, or otherwise be picked up the first race. I would strongly recommend uplifting them as a few of ours were on the damp side, and are needing dried out and hinges lubricated. Perth = 2 Glenrothes-Leslie = 3 Howe = 7 Novar =9 kennoway = 7 leven = 6 methilhaven = 10 dunfermline = 2 crossgates = 6 valleyfield = 1 oakley 1 tayport 1 These are the names that are on the baskets. Myself and Jock Brockie went up this morning, and we removed them all and put them onto a flat bed trailer, which will be parked in a shed till they are the hands of the rightful owners. Whilst we were there, one of johns dogs got run over by a car from a nearby house. John had to leave there and then to take the dog to the vet, with a suspect broken leg, poor wee beggar. Hope for a speedy recovery.. Okay lads and lassies, its up to yourselves to repatriate your clubs baskets. Regards alex.
  14. First race 28th April Brian, all systems go now.
  15. John mCcord does a sterling job for us, and now as president he is prime position to take us where we deserve. Off course the rest of the top table are doing a great job too lol lol. The transport committee are working very well and it's great to see everyone pulling in the same direction.
  16. Spoke to president John McCord tonight, who informs me that our brand new trailer will be ready at the weekend. A cheque has been sent, and once cleared the trailer can be uplifted. The racking system has been started and all going well, our transporter will be ready to go in 4 weeks time. John is keen to have the trailer on show, for our members to view, and if need be come up with any further ideas that can be added. This is a major investment by our federation, which is hoped to serve us well for many years to come.....and others, should it be needed, which i,m sure it will be. Once i have photos of it i,ll post them up. regards alex senior vice president
  17. Very well done, you will notice a huge difference mucker. As said b4 hard work for big rewards, i,ll keep in touch to see how ur getting on, and likewise this end. Regards alex.
  18. Will the birds be picked up at coxydene??? regards alex wight Fife fed senior vice president
  19. not free with me either.
  20. lot 2 £55 >>>> Done Thanks Ian
  21. maybe if something was actually done with the signatures, it would attract more. It doesn't matter how hard you shout, nothing is done by the unions. Its high time there was a joint union from the 4 uk countries to push the cause. If fanciers seen more action from our own side, i think it would be a different story. Until then we do what we know works.............
  22. yer getting there mucker, mine is now complete, and am amazed at the difference. All the hard work does pay off in my opinion. I cut all the ridges at once, when they were all stacked on top of each other, a lot quicker, but your doing well, looking forward to the finish. Regards alex.
  23. Wow loads o races brilliant race programme Andy, well done lads, and good luck.
  24. nice crisp winters morning here in gelly.
