Went training ybs at Carnwath today and a fella let his birds up before me.They circled very low for ages and I thought, theres something about they dont like.Sure enough, percy came out of nowhere and splattered right into them.They went everywhere.Percy was hovvering above us for a while before disappearing. I decided to wait another 15 minutes before letting mine go.I waited until my birds were crowing in the baskets so I knew the skies were clear of BOP. Up they went, one circle and headed north and then, out of nowhere 2 peregrines bombed them from the top and one was underneath them.expletive remove, DISASTER, they went everywhere.I came home and was surprised that most were in but still 6 or 7 missing.CARNWATH, NO MORE FOR ME.FAMILY OF PERCY RESIDING THERE.

Its a true saying, doomen are their own worst enemies.I cannot believe the hassle ive had with only 11 doos trying to get them back to their owners.Thanks to the fanciers who have collected their birds or phoned me to make arrangements for collection. Yb racing is a mystery nowadays, one disaster after another with clashing, bop and y.b.sickness the 3 main contributors to the birds not returning. Funnily enough, if we wanted to, we could probably fix at least 2 of these obstacles.
