1.race result made up, Mr x wins £691 , I phone him and arrange to give him his money early as it was Xmas and he had 3 kids. With this race, everyone is told that if any anomalies are discovered after the race then the competitor has to refund his winnings ( if affected ) to be distributed accordingly. 2. As it was the Xmas holidays,the birds that were GB rung on the result, weren’t verified until the office recommenced.This is when it was discovered that MrX pigeon wasn’t in his name. 3. I told MrX that his pigeon would be disqualified and that another result would be published. He asked for a month to pay the £243 back that was overpaid to him as he was going to Blackpool. I asked the 2 other competitors that had now won the money if this was ok with them, they said it was.Another goodwill gesture!!! 4.Two weeks after Blackpool MrX was approached and asked for the money.He refused to pay it back. He stated he’d been to the Shu and quoted a rule that was incorrect.This turned out to be untrue as little did he know that I contacted the Shu and was advised that he should pay the money immediately, as the rules stated.I ,and the 2 competitors that won the money, still await the refund. I’m not saying MrX won’t pay the money back , even though he raced a pigeon that wasn’t his, he still feels he can keep other folks winnings. Ps. Tommy, you’ll make a real fool of yersel if you back this fraudulent behaviour.Its common knowledge that a pigeon must be in your name before racing/showing.

This result has been published elsewhere and the original result has changed because one of the pigeons wasn't in the competitors name. As this race is run under SHU rules, all monies overpaid, have to be refunded. S.H.U. Rule 11 page 15.11. Any objection to the race result must be made to the Secretary in writing within 7 days of publication, except in cases of error or fraud subsequently discovered. Aye it is Brian, he really did well at the Gold cup.He returned his clock 40 years in a row, didn't score in them all but to time every year is some feat imo.

Yes Tommy, they were told by yourself they were all liars at the SHU Appeal court and that you had stepped down from being vice president of the SNFC because of the underhanded way they treated me and the way they went about there business. John and the President, Willie Smith, know first hand about the vendetta some of the SNFC committee have against me as they have spoke about it. The problem was Tommy, you weren't there yesterday to say yer piece as I had a few brutal facts for the membership to hear but needed your backing on this as you were a key witness. No matter, its all good and will sort itself soon.

today was the day to get it sorted, for me its f kin worse now. The top table should consist of the top guys from each section. The committee should consist of the best fanciers in each section. That's the way it used to be, its now a whos who ?

Ironic that at the meeting today the West Region lads voting, after counting, was in favour of me being put into my original section. ( noted were the guys staying next to me and in my fed that voted against me lol ) Is'nt it funny that the guys fae other sections vote decide what section I'm in lol ? unfkin believable.
