Walter, believe me when I tell you this isn't the worst disease your birds can get.It is obviously the worst visually but if your pigeons manage to eat and drink they will come through it. The torticollis of the neck is scary visually but it is only equivalent of us having a twitch and the birds don't suffer with it. I had it in the autumn of 2000 and one of my yearlings that took it came out the following year and won 1st west sect 5th Open Gold cup, so there was no lasting effects on them. Sometimes you can get the odd one left with a slight twist in neck but that's rare. Someone mentioned Chevita200, I used this once and my birds came down with pmv shortly after.Chevita never answered my emails to them so I wouldn't use them again.
