There are no rules on how you feed your doos before a race

I know a couple of guys who have flown in the west and the north and they say the west is the hardest

Ive nothing but admiration for the Ayrshire fanciers the hardest route in Scotland and prob the uk

ypres is part of there education to go onto fly further distances
