You could pull the flights, but would imagine that would hurt the bird more than just letting her moult them out, wont do her any harm not being able to fly-out.

Wouldnt think it will be decided till the March Council meeting, at the AGM those that bothered to attend were asked to sound out possibilities for anyone who would be willing to take this on. Mr Blaine was one name mentioned as were some others, so hopefully something will be sorted out soon.
