i was lucky enough to own a pair of breeders that were class they were put in with another mans pigeons to be judged there were a lot of pigeons there that day he picked out the pair not knowing they belonged to one fancier and said if bred together would produce winners after winners well that pair were together they had produced winners at every level for me and others i belive there may be something to it just cause we don't fully understand it doesn't mean it does not work

i think to be a courier u have to be a little mad no disrespect meant in all fairness if the bird is not worth the £30 or so to get him delivered well why breed him or buy him in the first place im not saying all the best birds are big money but think of the cost of feeding medication cost of petrol to train get to the club the list goes on and on and on as we all know surely if u are going to spend all this the bird is surely worth the fee to be delivered why take hours out of your day petrol money when these guys and girls (cant forget the girls ;D) will do it for noting i take my hats off to ya i know times are tough in all but lets be fair i know for young fanicers the fee may be hard to get but can the couriers do it any cheaper i think not

mate u got the bad side of pigeon racing very fast if u can get over these bumps and ive no doubt u will when u see them come home from first race and training toss its all worth it

as the poster got his answer to the question the thread will now be locked

so in other wards the bath takes away this oil mark and stops the bird from coming into form and stops the bird if taking a bath lets say thursday or Friday from racing well on the sunday think this is what u are saying

i use flightpath too im not to sure on how good it is but on reading about the product i havent seen many better

its really hard for people to answer over the forum with out seeing how the bird is acting as a lot of ailments have the same symptoms

u are probally right i hope not get them to vets as soon as possible as this can spread very quick

i cant explain fully think i read it written by ad schaerlaekens (spelling terrible) that the oils don't fully replenish for a day or two or so as this keeps the rain from getting deep down in the feathers that the reason
