There is always two sides to a story etc ;) , but for what I have read here if it is true. They are a bunch of hillbillys, the people who made this decision & I would never wish for them to be in charge of my federation. Have they never heard about common courtesy & natural justice etc. To me !!!!!!!!! the first thing they should have done, if there was a problem ???????? in this loft, was at least inspect it with the owner on site & then if they still had concerns etc. Bring in a qualified vet in pigeons, to make the final decision the way I look at things. Still !!!!!!!!! it's but it takes all types. Enjoy.

Good one !!!!!!!!!! ;) they should always have oidized salt in front of them 24/7 when breeding in my view. Just buy it at the supermarket etc like I do & get a bit of cinnamon too, it won't hurt either. Enjoy.

With only 8 boxes etc, my view is !!!!!!!!! you should still allow the pair/pairs causing trouble etc an hour or 2 in the loft each day, on there own. Just lock the rest of them in there boxes when you do it. To me they would be more contented & will help them settle down quicker. Always a good idea too, to have a shelve in each breeding box in my view, it just allows the seperation of each round of youngsters from when the hen is down on eggs again. Enjoy.

Another thing which should come into the calculations in my view at the distance etc, is the number of birds which are liberated at any one time. It could be a few hundred etc or many thousands upon thousands, as they say. Also the time of day they are liberated. To me !!!!!!! these 2 things can have a large inpact on how the races turn out for the birds, for what I see. Enjoy.
