In a long distance race pushing into a head wind etc, they are worth their weight in gold in my view. Now for stock !!!!!!!!! Give me a good cock any day etc, in the long run you will get much better value out of them. Hens ;) are usaully knackered after 6 to 7 years, where us blokes :) would be still jumping for joy ;) at double that. Enjoy.

First !!!!!!, what is a long smash race in your opinion, in your view ???????. "For me", forget about it etc, if your talking about a long distance race 500 miles plus. The body may appear ok to you ???????? after a few days etc. But the head & the heart will be gone 99 times out of 100 in my view, so much better to put them away till next year, & let them recover 100%, with a complete rest so to speak, so they can fight another day. Enjoy.

I know what you mean etc ;) , it's very interesting in my view also, to see the many lofts fanciers have, from the different areas as such. One would imagine :) here now, with all the members we have. We would have quite a variety of designs etc & the funny thing about it is ????????? :P . They are more built for the us fanciers than the birds etc. Where are lot more fussier than them. Enjoy.
