To answer your query now "Re the weather here" It's a bit different here, we race in winter (Cold north west winds) early in the season much of the time & towards the end of the season it swings to a SE - SW wind etc. Because we fly 4 seperate lines, up to 600 miles etc, year in year out so to speak I can guarantee to everyone here ;) we get hammered quite often :'( :'( :'(. Many Irish, Scots & Poms "LMFAO" etc have come here with there wisdom & experience, to show us the way ???????? & unfortunately :X :X :X for some strange reason !!!!!!!! most fall by the wayside. "Except one" in my time. A bloke called John Dinsmore, used to fly up around Manchester I believe years ago ??????. He is tops & I give him credit for what he has achieved etc here. Now !!!!!!! for the rest of you lot ;D ;D ;D come on over & you will learn a whole new ball game in regards to racing pigeons. Enjoy.

So I never worry too much about the odd spelling mistake etc "Water of a ducks back" with me, besides now !!!!!!! you can usually ;D ;D ;D get the message one is wishing to portray :) . ;D ;D ;D Robert ;) I will tell you a little secret here ????? just between you I, & no one else "PMSL" I once had a young pigeon (6 months) in a race. It was strong head wind (south east) on the day. 13,500 birds in the race etc & he was the best on the day. Guess what !!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D he had 4, :) 11 mile tosses to achieve that result. So don't worry to much about what ever you do ?????, at times they simple amaze you. Enjoy.

What you say may be true here !!!!!!!!!. Unfortunately in my view, most in this sport belong in the first category (Myself included) ??????, & unless you somehow accommadate these type of flyers/members etc, the sport will continue down the road to nowhere I'm afraid, the way I see things. Enjoy.

First, Joe 61 !!!!!!!. You may be correct in what you say etc & I can see where your coming from here. But have no doubt what so ever, that if that situation occurs in the near future in most areas, it will kill the sport very quickly I'm afraid in my view. Roland !!!!!! Fair enough comment etc along with Merlins here also, the way I look at things. But the one thing which no one should attempt to do is, not allow EC's etc. Because they really are a terrific improvement for our sport, when you see what they can do. The big problem for what I see with them is, how to use them to the best advantage, so at the end of the day, everyone is happy. Sorry !!!!!!!!! But I don't have the answer to that one ;) I'm afraid. Merlin !!!!!!!!! Oh to be so lucky ;D ;D ;D 3 miles !!!!!!!!! :'( :'( :'( it's 10 miles to the nearest flyer for me I'm afraid & 20+ miles to the longest flyer in my club. Enjoy.
