No they are based in Irlam - Manchester way - I heard they had got the Massarella contract but this isnt verified. They were members on here briefly, to be honest the prices really put me off and had to agree with Jamie (PT) if he can move birds for XXX price there is no reason for them to inflate there prices.
  7. I think overall the moderators do a great job and lets face it for very little or no reward at all. Im of a different opinion to many in that i dont think they take a strong enough stance with some threads (I dont mean the banter ones) but look at the member who has been posting abusive language over the last 5 minutes he should have been gone within 10 seconds of it happening and then let Richard decide whether to have him back or not. There should be no room for any form of abusive content on a personal level or the forum as a whole - I personally think zero tolerance on these matters is the best way forward - Better to have 80 good respectable members online than 100 with 20 idiots with a bee in their bonnet.
  8. There name is a different colour as per user group. Also if you go to the bottom of the page, and click on the moderator group it will give you a list of the Moderator team
  9. It was specifically the Delbars and Theelens Alan, the others i have seen and owned have been fine - Not all to my taste but thats no different to anyone - In hindsight i should have taken pictures of the birds. He had many van wanroy, a few rolands and some cardons which looked typical of the family as i have seen them before but the two families mentioned above were very obvious - I also noted from that side with them on all looked out this world, absolute stormers and cheap for a pure racer but only ONE sold so others must have thought the same.
  10. Didnt think alot of his Blackpool birds or them of Pieter Kos but those at the dome were without a doubt crossed with SR (for anyone else that looked at them they were on the left hand side of the stand)
  11. Following on from what Silverdale said and taking into account Michael wanting it in PM - However my comments i will stand by on an open forum. Jaap had pigeons at the dome show both Delbar and Jan Theelen that were without a doubt in my mind crossed with show racers, they stood out a mile i handled a red pied theelen cock it was obvious especially after handling some of the show racers for sale that it was a cross, i was with another forum members that day and Steve Stoker who both felt the same. I had some Vandabeelees off Jaap and they are a different story - very nice birds and amongst the best i have seen him offer (certainly better than any at the dome show)
  12. Score me down for two Jason

    Hand of God!

Because we are a small Nation with a large presence in the world, only our opinions count and what we say should be listened to yet we as a country are generally just America's B**tch.

    Hatton fight!!!

Its on in the early hours. He has a tough night in front of him and retirement if he looses.
  20. Three dozen rings bloody hell Roland how many stock birds do you think i have? You must be confusing me with a large team man lol ;D
  21. Why? lol You already know if there is a bird in my loft you want young from you need only send the rings. ;D
  22. Right onto my other good stories of the week. I have already mentioned today the excellent service i had from www.pigeoncourier.co.uk Also PT collected two lots of birds, one set to Plymouth and the other to Stoke on Trent - excellent service again. Last but not least FLYING COURIERS this evening delivered to from Scotland for me, the birds were held by them overnight and came in great condition and i have no doubt Debbie and Wayne are more than competent to look after my birds, they have also taken three lots of birds today to go to the North East and Scotland - Cant fault them, excellent communication and great service. As i have said before overall these are good times as we now have choice something we have not had for nearly 10 years such Interlink disappeared.
  23. Received the cock today and also a very well bred hen to pair him too. The pair are outstanding and a real credit to Frank. Some quoted earlier on this thread that being bred by Chris Gordon gurantees nothing - Thats very true but i feel confident that the pair can breed pigeons to do the business for me at the longer races so its money well spent and the young will certainly get tested not only by myself but i also intend sending young from it to Scotland and Wales to see how they do on these two tough routes. Thanks Frank
  24. I will bring the box then Phil???
  25. When is he due then Phil, next week seems as good a time as any at Doncaster !!!
