More timber required for two lofts plus in damp wet weather easier under the one roof. Also makes it easier settling ybs as old birds as is fact same loft just different entrance. Good luck. Get that hammer out we want to see progress photos

Super job Karl you have talent there which is obvious from from the thread on your other loft. Is it easy to get hold of the perspex from bus stops? noticed few getting changed locally so may keep eyes open.
