    SNFC dvd

Does anyone know if there is going to be a winners DVD produced this year. Be shame if not as I have all these since 1997 I think. Always find very informative.
  5. Hi I fly Ko nipius they do well for me. But no where near distance you mentioned as never tried them. I would go to few different flyers I feel. But if serious about 700 miles then would have Brian Denney down as man to contact also worth looking at some scotish blood, Jim Donaldson flown well for years. Then in Ireland Alan Darragh or David Black.

  15. Darren Mcfaden raced excellent hen think snow queen was her name, 3 times in result from Pau/Tarbes in LSECC. But how many whites(pure) do you put through at marking on Friday night? I can't remember ever putting pure through :-/ so think very few entered to compete against all blues and cheqs. Wish had pure white, will speak to Ben ;D
  16. I'll be there can't wait. Be good to meet you all again
  17. I sometimes wonder if you get odd one with a preference as noticed that get odd young bird that pulls different way than others when kit together. Would say get inline. But some of my widowhood cocks do it as well so it may be they have a preference. Do not think these are duffers that do not stick with rest. This behaviour is no where near same as how a stray struggles to keep in with your kit. Very interesting to think about though, thats what these months are for
  18. Hi Karl, Hows things now with birds? did you find out anything from tests?

  23. And to buy me pint Ken ;D ;D ;D
  24. Strapper it depends on the big factor 'what distance we are assessing a fancier at. Unfortunately the longer races do not get as high a birdage as shorter ones but this does not mean the performance is ot as good. We have all seen fanciers pile big numbers into short races but by time the long ones come not many go. You have to remember I prefer 500 miles plus. So I would judge that fancier as best and really not give hoot about birdage as long as calibre of other competing fanciers was high and sent numbers by fancier not high. To me 2008 season Dennis Ford has been outstanding, come on any BICC win into Wales is great never mind an International. Get a map out look at it and just imagine what that bird has done. Hence for me Dennis Ford. But saying that the names you have mentioned are great flyers and i would welcome birds into my loft from any of them. Lets chane question. Which currently best sprint loft in Wales? Which currently best Middle distance(200-400miles) loft in Wales? Which currently best distance(400 plus miles) loft in Wales?
  25. spot on Mick well done mate
