Going to take stab in dark on the 'clear stuff!' been slug activity. Now this is not good for birds as can pass on worms to them, that if i'm correct!!(doesn't happen often ;D) Gravel around lofts/shed will stop slugs as don't like passing over this. Another suggestion is remove corn over night as this is when most active. Cheers

2 away not bad wee gaz heard some bad returns my area today at one point 25% return been quoted!!!! heard of returns like 8 out of 22 later on. And another fed 3 from 32. Funny day I think as looked nice enough. Hope there are many birds waiting in morning(or in few hours ), i've not started yet and already dreading it!! give me old bird racing any day.

Here she is, taken at begining of year. She is not very photogenic like her owner ;D Call her 'perigrine hen' as taken from round loft as yb I saw her been hit and then dropped and the swoop of perigrine and thought gone. She returned 4 hours later with hole ripped in side of her about 1 1/2" wide. 4 weeks later she was in race. Always thought got a race in her. She is Ko nipius bloodlines, sent sitting 12 day eggs at basketing but on return more showing up to me as always does
