Seen this mentioned on Secrets of champions dvd. Just wondering how it is carried out. I have never done darkness with ybs but plan on in 2008 but will need to alter it as working hours. Be something along lines of get someone to open loft up at dinner time then when i'm home from work I exercise them and close loft down at 8 or 9. Could this be same for hens? Is the system used to help with moult or just to motivate as in birds kept calm and less pairing together? Are they paired same as wid/roundabout hens at begining of season to sit and rear or flown celebate? Cheers for any answers to this.

Top Partnership this fly a top bird in my fed take some keeping close too. Last year sensational with old and young.Not fired same this time up to that standard but I would be satisfied with just few of there performances they had. But these yb results super. These look absolute class saw them in Blackpool few years ago when he had stand they were unbelievable I made mistake of I will walk round and buy later! all sold. Well i'm only a member of MNFC and NFC so can only put proposition in with them. But as put think all should be involved including Scottish, Welsh and even Irish. But bit of dream.

Agree with the advantage that some people think others gaining. Shame really. I feel that these same fanciers purchase birds from continent because of large birdage performances and birds buying from are down results but looks better as say 50000 in race but when a chance to compete against big birdage not a chance stay in own backyards. There was great chance this year with MNFC and NFC both at Alencon together on same day but seperate libs Do you think propositions to the NFC and MNFC would work towards a step in this direction? or would it be waste of my time?

Think be great idea. The sport on this island needs massive shake up to catch continentals. In my opinion fed programmes should be set around at least 4 good all in one lib races on these days other feds should not be allowed to race from France. First race Lessay area, second messac area 3rd Saintes area and then a big one from Tarbes area. Obviously not naming actual racepoints and order of races does not matter. Think problem was in 1997 when had centenary race it turned out bad race and people never wanted go again. Feds, national and classics can have seperate results but should be one big one for whole lib but better produced than was in 1997. Problem is that I believe this concept will not happen in my pigeon life and i'm nearly 30 so may never happen. Think that as fancier looking at SNRPC good that go with NFC in 2006 and MNFC this year showing way forward no fear thats what should be.

They do look darker than what I call a yellow. Still look well.

Had good young bird result in NFC two yers ago and followed up with great NFC results in 2006. Good BICC result this year and MNFC. Heard in BBC race this weekend tough competing in so many clubs but sure there will a top result.
