Canker would be brought on by the stress of the attack not the attack itself, check it's wound area and joints to see if it has caught an infection and check it's throat for canker, also you can smell it's breath for canker :-/

At the Lake District there is a hide where you can observe a Golden Eagles nest, you can also see the peregrines attacking it if it gets too near there nest on a nearby cliff face :-/

If I or another member accuses someone of something then it is poster that stands to questioned whether it is correct, wrong, just casing trouble or alerting members etc, not the site surely. I would rather it any accusations for or against me were posted on the site and I was given a chance to prove it right or wrong, back room/PM accusations are worse as you do not know what is being said against you and can cause a lot of trouble for innocent members by people who are out to discredit you, I have personally found this out the hard way and if I was to post the facts I am sure they would be removed :-/
