like all my yearlings to do 300 to 350 miles, had the odd one or two to 500 miles

buckie & dist rpc are at ripon 251 miles with north of scotland fed, will be sending around 20

no doubting the quality as i received birds from tim and they are winning out of turn and they are breeding the business

lucky ppl im stuck offshore can only dream about bbqs n letting the birds out for another 10 days!! happy days !haha

well if they get a fresh drink n a bit food they stand a fighting chance but often they are flown out and sit somewhere they cant be caught and basically die,they often drink water that has chemicals in it which doesnt help, or if they are lucky we can catch them and have them sent ashore by boat, heicopter pilots are not keen to transport them nowadays for various reasons!!! i wish more of our governing bodies would contact the various helicopter companies and offshore companies ie: shell, bp, exo mobil, to see if anything can be done to help the birds

aye loon its been bad up here to am on shearwater 130 miles east of dundee, clear today but fog was moving south, had a few wood pigeons here n many small birds

like a lot of these lads are saying youve got to take the rough with the smooth and be patient thats the key?? i sent 35 last week got them all home but not in the result, this week sent 37 won the race and scored well in the fed but dropped 10 we all have ups n downs set backs and a little bit of glory?? thats pigeon racing stick at it, things will turn around
