i had the same problem for a short time but what i did was miss a feed out and cut the rashens back that will soon sort the problem out, i have no probs now they are climbing over one another to get in , food is the key??

thurso birds??? ive seen a couple of big batches in excess of 40 heading south just within the last ten mins,maybe thurso birds?? im on the morayshire coast ssw wind here so could be a long day for you lads waiting on thurso birds, good luck

i didnt put the birds up till 1pm plenty time for the thurso birds to clear, 19 worked back up too now so not as bad as 1st thought but bop tell tell signs there tear marks on back & punctures on crop!!!

cheers david, ive managed to get 19 back today so its not as bad as first feared but the tell tell signs are there with a grizzle torn bop trade mark, amazed they worked back after the weather yesterday afternoon & evening + a strong north westerly in their face today, wouldnt surprise me if they were mine!! so did you get just 7 back then

there is that possibiliy ther were 4 or 5 feds up there yesterday, iwaited before heading off to try & avoid them clashing,later in the day the weather closed in and was very poor, lovely today so hope they can work back
