I think you are going OTT with your comments, just look at the result and see how close the birds were to each other, you don't get the race finishing that quickly with birds that are suffering from de-hydration, they were ready for a drink yes, and so they should be, after 8hrs flying in the heat, and returns are good.

Most I have spoken to in the south had pretty much 100% George. I am sure there will be a few missing bit the national turned out easier than the fed race down here. The birds were straight into the drinker but it was hard fly and the east wind drys them out I feel.

John, ive served on the committee 4 times m8 and ive definitely done more than my fair share. Im not getting involved again any time soon . My pigeon lung is at an all time low atm anyway. Send me an official SNFC letter next year and REQUEST MY SERVICES lol, the way it used to be done.

That's a fair reply I did not know you suffered from PL,

But even in the good old days, no letters were sent, Old Wullie Rae or Logie Davidson phoned you and asked if you were available, anyway, I appreciate where you are coming from.

Good Luck to you in Maidstone, and try and get those dehydrated doos to fly a bit less when we are verifying them.
