Old race hens out 1st since end of September hen sparrow hawk

Killed one on top of next doors garage got it of roof as I was returning

To my own garden my wife shouted it's got another one ,it got away

So result 3year hen dead 4year and 2 x 2 year olds missing at dark

O'clock .barstewards .

Incredible came in from doo club 9-20 pm last night and one of the 2 year olds

Was sitting on the drive way couple of marks under the wings and the neck and

Got the other 2 year old at 9-45 am hawk hasn't returned yet ,with a bit of luck its

Got bird flu ?

Had a closer look at the bird,hole in the crop,shoulder and back of the neck,and back has a large scrape on it,one lucky bird,

Took a hit as well today,birds scattered in the sky,one turned up at dark o,clock,damage to it,s back and shoulder.it,ll be the 1st of many.

The bird now has an air sac in its crop,how do I get rid of it.do I stick a needle in it.

Took another hit today,in the back garden,hen Sparra.hole in the shoulder and the crop.another push towards the exit door for me.can,t handle this sh**.not looking forward to training time,the dog got to it first,bassa lives another day.

I find it's best to shout them in straight after they have had a fly I don't like them wandering about the garden and I only give them a bath when it's raining and shout them in after they've had there bath plus am watching them all the time that they are out it's hard going keeping pigeons theses days.

Sorry to hear that mate and it ain't going to get any better.

Decided to keep the birds in today,as me and wife were going out,low and behold,who was flying above the loft,it,s getting personal now,

Another 2 dead,one yesterday,one today.sit out the back,nothing happens,min u turn your back bang.even found two woodpigeons,whilst trying to find one of ours today,under the hedges at the back of the loft so have decided this the last season.if we manage to get them trained.already have some one to take our whites and Grizzles,raptors will take most of the rest.
