Mine get all the grit that they need in the garden. Mind, I do buy a mineral / grits some times and sprinkle that over the cobbles / slabs for them. Especially the young birds. Helps to keep them calm and contented picking about. Never give it inside the loft now, haven't for years.

Yep! only give minerals to em when breeding & racing.

 

A bit of topic, I was looking to see if I could pick up a couple of these for the stock loft ( for minerals ) till I see the price of em
