chris1984 Posted June 14, 2016 Report Posted June 14, 2016 how long can eggs be stored so they are still viable before the are incubated,my stock birds are around a week apart from the first egg layed to the last layed, what i am doing is replacing the eggs as they are layed with pot eggs and givr them all back when they all layed so they all hatch within a day or 2 of each other rather than 7 to 9 days apart.

Guest paulrstokes Posted June 17, 2016 Report Posted June 17, 2016 be careful as if you are using pot eggs you are asking the first birds to potentially incubate for 25 days, highly possible they may leave the eggs after 21-22 days
