Darnaway Posted April 26, 2016 Report Posted April 26, 2016 Have you tried no nest bowl for this pair as it might reduce the height of the nest ?

peter pandy Posted April 26, 2016 Report Posted April 26, 2016 Have the same problem and have replaced a youngster a dozen times back where its supposed to be so what can we do as you want to encourage them to build. LOL
Roland Posted April 27, 2016 Report Posted April 27, 2016 Had one... a stated earlier, where the birds struggled to sit on top ... Just enough room lol. Problem was when a few days old one slipped down and off... Died from old and starvation. They just didn't see it on floor at the side. Unless it was kicked out. Nest mate fine and dandy.
