TheHigg Posted October 2, 2015 Report Posted October 2, 2015 What's your thoughts on birds with big wattles is it something to look for in a doo me myself I think the old boys look great but is it only the old strains that carry this look or does the modern distance doos that are not so bold looking perform just as good (they probably doo but I am just looking for everyone's opinion ) cheers

paddymac Posted October 3, 2015 Report Posted October 3, 2015 I have a few in my loft that have very large wattles. One problem I see is that it affects their vision when feeding from the trough as they can't seem to see the food.
