just looking for a bit of advice,av got a couple of young birds that went light and I can't seem to get the weight back on them,they've just had young bird sickness and av got there droppings back to normal and they're eating ok,the thing is the birds don't look ill.

I'd remove em

 

Probably have to end up doing it George,but just incase it rears its ugly head again in the future am just wondering what some of the other guys think what it could be,spoke to the guy at Belgica and he said I was one of hundreds who have had the same problem..

Separate from the rest and see if you can give tem an energy mix corn/seed. Maybe a wee tonic in the water arigo or Johnstons

Sometimes they give their all to fight their illness , had 2sisters that were a couple of days away from culling but gave them chance , one was 2nd sect Maidstone her sister was my best racer so not all are done but use your own judgement .

it can take up to 4 to 6 months,for the birds to fully recover from ybs,

Sorry fella i dont agree with this, if it has taken longer then a week to get over this virus, you have had a secondary infection taken hold
