Go onto the RPRA website,search 2015 ring list scroll down to the last page all overseas unions on there.

Colin, I got 1 in about 2-3 weeks ago. The phone number is 0049 2018 722412 Essen, Germany. No email address for the equivalent to the SHU. I phoned ,told me the bird came from Hamburg,but wanted me to phone ?Federation/region secretary in Hamburg. They eventually gave me an email address for that secretary. Still have not had any reply. The stray I have also has a German phone marker on top of the ets ring, but number not available. Hope your pal gets more success than me.
