Snrpc Members didn't know about it cause it wasn't on the Agenda when it probably should have been. SNRPC members already had their balance sheets by the time both had their meeting on 2nd Feb. Anyway its all irrelevant now!

Things move on regardless whether we like it or not.

the rule was 23 hours and they altered it fact thats why one of the top men left fact and as for a egm maybe if they had done there home work RIGHT they might have had one FACT
