Also one bag turned up half empty and the courier company had put the remains in a solid plastic box and it was covered in dust and crap so obviously been swept off a floor. I took pics and emailed pallats and they didnt even reply even though they had read the email. Called em also but not interested in doing anything to fix the issue. Wont ever use em again. Same here mate 1st order i had with these one of my nest bowls was broke then second order had nothing but hassle for some corn i had ordered took weeks to turn up.
