just back from holiday this morning and was saddend to read this post i only met john the once when i was over picking up a bird the partnership had kindly donated to a sale as all the other posts have stated a true gentelman who will be sorely missed in the pigeon game but more so by his family rest in peace john

Sad time for the family , never met j hood senior but if young john is anything to go by he must have been a gem of a man and am sure the name J&J Hood will carry on with the same winning performances , RIP

My dad's service will be Wednesday the 27th at 2pm at Daldowie crematorium and then back to milton of campsie bowling club for a wee refreshment and something too eat where it will be good to catch up.john hood Jnr.
