I would like to think plans are already in place re the transporters in the not too distant future... and i hope we have a y/b sale and also a l/b sale as this is a good way of bringing in more funds for us

think the transport committee are due to meet before christmas then hopefully a meeting called before blackpool weekend

i would add a levy as well as hold the sales maybe £20- £30 levy per member i don't think its a lot to pay for your birds to have the best transport in the country

but worst of all is all that money sitting in the bank fund in this financial climate also would be great to tell the haulier we wont be paying your rates thanks

lets hope its passed for pigeon racing in lanarkshire the best fed in the uk

There are still few places that are pretty good to put sums of money in and you are covered to a certain amount if things go wrong   Probably not the best of times to be looking for good rates but any interest earned on any amount is worth looking at
