How come you ask? Its a bit like blood pressure they blame it on circulation. I suppose we should not complain there are them who do'nt get it at all, like myself stopped it years ago............ tryed it on the back of the bog door and it brought the wife's bum out in a nasty rash, of course she blamed me said I was'nt showering myself enough..........................

I cant help but feel there is two sides to this story and how many employers on here would put up with the same outburst from one of their employees. She in my eyes has made a mistake going public with this rightly or wrongly there are channels for this. She should be given her job back without doubt but in my place of work some punishment whether a warning or whatever should take place. John

Chairman Posted October 31, 2008 Report Posted October 31, 2008 It is usual protocol to advise clients entering into litigation against their employers to be prescripted discharged on medical grounds. it is also additional proof that she has encountered health problems due to the stress caused by her employers, this also give her counsel extra time needed to prepare papers for her defence when the case goes to court. Quite naturally we understand it will be an anxious time for both parties until a verdict is reached.
