only half the truth comes out when we get this every year a club has the right to let in who they want and it always comes out its because such and such is a great fancier as stuart says feel sorry for the person concerned but there were other clubs in the area (SHU) why did they not let him in? lets not just go down the one side of the road there is always two sides to a story and the club is quite rightly saying nothing on here the agm is where it should be discussed

A whispering campaign has stopped us from being able to join local clubs. A bloody disgrace what the pigeon sport is coming to. did you try and get in to the shu cryston club dereck? and at least you have a club to race thats an rpra club dont know all the ins and outs and i dont think the club will ans. any thing on here as there busness is there own but i do think thease threads dont serve any purpose other than to let some vent there anger thats not what this site was intended for one sided storys will never change anything jmo.

nobody should be refused membership but until the unions impose a no refusal rule with the exemption of bad debt to the club or previous history with the club then this will continue to happen.

 

I'm happy to fly against anyone, but why have someone in that would ruin a good club.

its a discrace soon they will want to put anyone that flyes well out of clubs.i would say

if someone is refused entry into a club the objectors should be made give a valid  

reason for their actions, and to good a flyer is not one.

this idea of not letting a fancier in because he is to good is stupid how do you know he's too good our club has let every good flyer in every time they applied because they breaking records where they are does'nt mean they'll do the same in a  new club we not the best flyers in our club far from it but bring it on let them all try its not as easy as people think to establish yourself in a new club if your frightened of competition keep tumblers in your backyard JMO

My statement about the RPRA was spot on Frank as 3 rpra clubs within the Glasgow fed also refused entry to a father and son patnership and a nicer 2 people you would not want to meet, absolutely disgraceful. Time for the RPRA and the SHU to take action on these clubs who discriminate against fellow pigeon fanciers

it  just surprises me when you just pick out what suits you with ref to the rpra club but chose to leave out all that went on ref: your own fed and union thease men were all shu members when all this trouble started and both your org. were heavely involved as you know but again you chose not to mention this but hey lets just blame it on a club and union that had nothing to do with the situation because thats less embarising and then its not our prob i think the members of this site will make up there own minds as to who is realy to blame for this mess and the fact thats its got nothing to do with the fact that delboy is a great racer of his pigeons , and at the end of the day he has a club to race in which incidently is a rpra club 1st and foremost might not be an ideal situation but its something and i wish him well in that club
