greenlands Posted February 12, 2014 Report Posted February 12, 2014 Problems with one or two who would not claim a nest,two pair hatched on the loft floor,race birds hatching well,stock one or two late in laying but sorted now,fingers crossed all continues to go well,don't want a lot of youngens,can have as much fun with a small team rather than a mob.

I,m the same phil hardly see my doos just now we the short days and nae hame till its dark but they will pair when there ready

Happy days
fletch Posted February 12, 2014 Report Posted February 12, 2014 race birds a few missing the odd egg but as they only rear 1 egg each plenty coveredthe stock birds 2 pairs missed and the old cock missed again but hopefully he will fill in the summer
