greenlands Posted January 15, 2014 Report Posted January 15, 2014 Phoned BT with query about my contract 12:35 hrs. after pressing several buttons finally got through to wrong department at 12:55hrs.advised that I would be put through to correct dept.after waiting ten more minutes the call was cut off at 13:08hrs. Called again and after all the buttons was connected at 13:25hrs.To find out my contract ends with BT on xx/xx/14,I inquired about leaving BT and going with Sky as they had made me a good offer line rental wise £5:40 for 12 month, basically another 10/15 mins trying to get met to take BT broadband which I said right at the start I'm not changing broadband providers.Gave up in the end more confused than what I was before I started, called ended app.13:40hrs.Called sky, asked them how long the offer was valid for they were more confused than me.GAVE UP.Call ended app.14:00 hrs.

paddymac Posted January 15, 2014 Report Posted January 15, 2014 Wait until you see your next bill and they have probably charged you for all the waiting you've done. The lot of them are all the same and its certainly no joke as your never laughing after a phone call to your tv/phone provider etc. a**eholes the lot of them :emoticon-0138-thinking:

soupie Posted January 15, 2014 Report Posted January 15, 2014 Try the BT head office switchboard 020 7356 5000 tell them you dont want put through to the contact center after their performance last nite, that you want to either speak to the contact center manager/supervisor or a manager from head office. If they say no one is available, give your details and ask to be called back.Remember to get the name of however you speak to and be POLITE. SOUPIE
