Reading earlier guy was suspended after he was loaned pennine heights but would not return the bird. He kept it for a few years I believe.

So Mr Shackleton called in his lawyers, The bird was returned safely and the RPRA handed out a hefty ban.

Too tough or justice done???

If the bird wasnt transfered to the person that kept him then he should have returned it at his earliest request??

I don't think the 15 year ban will stick. If it goes to the RPRA appeal he should win his case. They will see it as a civil matter and use that as a get out clause imo. ps. I hope they don't mind ye.
