frank-123
Reading earlier guy was suspended after he was loaned pennine heights but would not return the bird. He kept it for a few years I believe. So Mr Shackleton called in his lawyers, The bird was returned safely and the RPRA handed out a hefty ban. Too tough or justice done??? Novice
I think it cost Mr. Shackelton £6000 in legal fees to have his bird returned.
buster151
if its all true then he should of had a longer ban imo and have to repay legal fees

Delboy
I don't think the 15 year ban will stick. If it goes to the RPRA appeal he should win his case. They will see it as a civil matter and use that as a get out clause imo. ps. I hope they don't mind ye.
