Bloody race is a disaster, only 180 miles and not one uk bird home in 2 days.Feel for the guys putting their hard earned cash into this debacle.

well I think they know what they are getting in to ask wulldon and he will tell you he knows what can happen but he still keeps trying so it can't be putting him off and you see a lot of the same names every year so they know what can happen as well

I don't give a hoot about the man or his money. The man knows the risks and takes then in any event. I will be entering in 5 years time when I have the birds sorted and most of all the money. We'll done all who tried some failed others did well. Mjb

thanks to all the lads who have supported this topic once again, with over 26,000 views... yip some critisism along the way which we are all entitled too, but who listens is another matter! :emoticon-0136-giggle: :emoticon-0136-giggle:

well we will be in it again next year, looking through the pairs at the moment... will be sending from my three hens 'DIAZEPAN' 1st Semi Final and 3rd Final 2012, 'FLECHA' 26th Final 2011, 'ASHLEY' 29th Final 2011... 'DADDY BRO' will sire most of the young birds, as he was sire of 'BIG BRO' 6th Final 2013, we can only do but try!

good luck to all fellow fanciers for the forthcoming season!! :emoticon-0167-beer::emoticon-0123-party:

you know what i find strange with the one loft race results, is that the doos all race over water in hot spot races and in training, yet its the land locked birds, from other countries that win the MOST races

Wullie have not considered sending young birds to the Algarve one loft race, very well run, great prizemoney and high a high ratio of entries getting to the final race, added to this you can still top your tan up when required.
