Mark_Tomo Posted September 1, 2013 Report Posted September 1, 2013 Hi,I am just starting up pigeon racing again and I am looking to invest in the nessecary equipment for my loft etc. Can anyone please give me a rough idea of how much the TS systems cost? I have seen the Unikon working and that looks great. I have been on the manufacturers websites but for some strange reason they don't seem to have any prices on. Any help would be greatly appreciated
ovy1255 Posted September 1, 2013 Report Posted September 1, 2013 advise that you check out what your other club members use and get the same system
greenlands Posted September 1, 2013 Report Posted September 1, 2013 Good advice ovy. Whatever you end up getting you'll be looking at £400 +.been some good deals on ebay lately and more than likely when the season is finished they'll be a lot more.
Guest pigeongirl Posted September 1, 2013 Report Posted September 1, 2013 advise that you check out what your other club members use and get the same system Great advise ovy my club this year all runs on the same systems. Makes life easier as when problems arise you have more people to ask to find the answer. Ets is simple to use once learned but using once system makes the club secretaries job much easier. All ets suppliers also have a great aftersales service but from experience I was very happy with the Bricon system and a race cannot be deleted by mistake until it is read off and closed great safety feature.
ovy1255 Posted September 1, 2013 Report Posted September 1, 2013 yes do the clocks at my club and we run two types but as you say easier with one type that is why i have just bought another clocking system to make life easier for me lol
GROVEHOMER Posted February 14, 2014 Report Posted February 14, 2014 You could pick up a complete system on E-Bay for about £300.E-bay is a great place to pick up cheaper ETS rings too!
