i have a small quantity,of each left from last year. ( human grade peanuts )

my question is..would you give your stockbirds them while feeding youngsters.??

normally i just stick to hopper beans,

verselaga breeding, and hormoform in pots in there boxes

just seems a waste to throw them.

thanks in advance

ive fed all types of peanuts..if you suspect anything wrong with your purchase , then dont buy them.

mine get all kinds of peanuts..and they eat loads..but if your not sure about the nuts then microwave them for 20secs..that should remove any unwanted nasties that maybe on them after standing around.

I would not be without peanuts but I use them as a reward the same as Wiley does. In regard to the risks in feeding peanuts, I don't think the risk is worth taking. If there is any doubt about them chuck them in the bin. The point is that it would not be worth ruining good pigeons if things go wrong. That sort of thing comes under the heading of being penny wise and pound foolish.
