Its not as painfull as it seems a Global moderator removes unwanted content be it profanity or abusive behaviour , however other more inocent posts can be removed so the thread remains readable and on topic , thats the bases of it , these posts are viewed by webmaster and are either returned to the thread if no rules have been broken ectra .

admin run the site update ban members ectra and dish out the red cards ectra and have a say in how they want to have the site run and ones the site owner
