frank-123 Posted August 22, 2012 Report Posted August 22, 2012 Was two down from Saturday one turned up sometime today I don't know how it made it hole out its neck and it's crop has chunk eaten away the feeding and water is just falling out onto the floor. No wonder am wrapping it. poor doos don't stand a chance . Photo to follow tomorrow. As none of the family would take the picture.

lanarkshire lad Posted August 22, 2012 Report Posted August 22, 2012 Had one on sat night much the same frank with half a tail and water coming out the crop.I was working outside in uddingston today and watched a young peregrine trying to land on a tree about 30 feet from the main street the fekers are everywhere.

What i have learned is don't bother saving them up. race them out. don't have any plan's as you wont be able to build a team.

Guest stb- Posted August 22, 2012 Report Posted August 22, 2012 (edited) well last week i let out my 36 latter birds of they went flying and only a few returned one hawked and ended up to 26 keept them in till friday let them out 18 came back another one hawked. let them out on sunday only got 6 back , anyway let my race team out 58 birds yest morning at 9am , dissapeard got the first 3 back at 6pm then ended up with 11 last night , my blue hen that won on sat came with hole on shoulder and secoderies gone my grizz hen that was 2nd is awol and the next to i timed are also awol , got a chq hen wing out hole in its flank , also got one of the later yb missing from last friday all haked on shoulder and wing , out of the 37 birds left from 90 i had 10 days ago 15 of them are or have been hawked , the exact same thing happend last year at this time and thats why i was getting rid of them all ,i now really wish i had , its a muggs game now today i am up to 30 birds home with 28 still awol , thy were all at the race on sat expletive remove Geordie 1234 your wasting your time m8 Edited August 22, 2012 by stb-
