Will that be the same Dalglish who won the double in '86 followed by the Championships in '88 & '90 with another cup win in '89 in between the 2 titles???????????????

I support Man Utd but i don't like a Scotsman getting slagged off unjustly

I know but If they were that good Roy Hodgson would still be there and they would be higher up the league. Dalglish has done a decent job with them and they will be better placed next season (much to my dislike) i'm sure of it.

in fairness its nearly the same team that rafa had a few year back and he done ok kenny then had 100 odd million to spend to add to that team if not more and in my opinion a lot of bad buys also plays there best player way to deep he trying to play gerrard in the scholes role and he simply cant do it he should be played as attacking midfielder as he is explosive working from there

with all the money spent hes only a few odd points ahead of Swansea and Sunderland and only 5 points ahead of everton which moyes is doing a wonder job at with the money he has to spend

taking off there only attacking player with pace saurez where he would of used the space when qpr were attacking and putting on carrol made no sense to me as all they had to do was put 2 center backs on him and he cant do much not even hold up the ball as liverpool were so deep defending

they might make the Europa league if not its a complete disaster with spurs getting stronger city also can see chelsea making big signings this year and utd making one or two wenger will do his thing at the gunners if rvp stays they will finish above the pool next year too i can see them falling further behind will they give kenny another 100 million to spend as it looks like they need it to make up the 30 odd point gap which will probably become bigger before the end of the season

i very much doubt he will be there next year

Ahh!!! The Man Utd fans always have a great view of a struggling Liverpool!!

Yes bringing Carroll on at that time wusnae the best idea but I am struggling to figure out why that caused a problem on the QPRs left wing where they had an overlap for the first goal ( surely this is the job of the right back/right midfielder)so cant see how Saurez would have shut that down?

And was it the mere sight of Carroll coming on that made Enrique and Skrtel have a mare? Probs not eh?

Silly mistakes and a bit of *expletive removed* twitching wer the downfall as upto then QPR didny have a kick until 13 mins left????

I WENT TAE THE GAMES WAE BENITEZ AND HODHSON IN CHARGE AND IT WAS DIRE!!!!

Dalglish at least attacks and the team TRY to knock the ball around?

He was out of his depth here at Newcastle. I think the initial euphoria of his return to manage Liverpool lifted them a bit a first and got a few results but it's going wrong now.

However we'll be forever thankful to Kenny for the £35m for Andy Carroll!!!!

he might not have shut it down but the pool had no outlet when they got the ball at the back as carrol has no pace a ball over the top or a ball down the wings is pointless with no other player around carrol even if he did control the ball from a long ball he had no one to play it too all they done was put the 2 centre backs on him and left the left and right back bomb on the wings im not sure they would of got that far forward with a saurez or a Bellamy on the field as they would of been afraid of there pace i watched the second half and that what it looked like to me anyway :emoticon-0138-thinking:

you were right though shocking mistakes from the pool players for 2 goals and there defense has been more than half decent so far this year

the sooner he gets gerrard playing off the strikers the better it will be for liverpool hes deadly at finishing and finding that killer pass he cant do that playing where he is :emoticon-0138-thinking:

The wrong decision for me was when Kelly went off from right back we shuffled across with Carra playin right back at Coates comin to centre half.

Lack of a right back looked the biggest probs for me?

i know he has one or two injuries at the back (in saying that most clubs do at one time or another) i cant remember who was on the sub bench did he have a option to put a right back on :emoticon-0138-thinking:

No not really! The young boy flannagan seems to have disappeared from the radar as has Danny Wilson!

Spent 100 million on that team, the man is not capable fact.Great player but for me has proven that he is not managerial material.
