david Posted February 17, 2012 Report Posted February 17, 2012 Can anyone please specify early symptoms of allergy's to pigeon dust proteins...does a sore throat cover these symptoms along with fever and suchlike?I have looked at info online but just seem to find information on serious P.F.L.symptoms. Cheers DAVID

Guest IB Posted February 17, 2012 Report Posted February 17, 2012 It can be symptomless, David. Went to Blackpool last year with specific intention of getting tested & came back with a reading of 29, which is said to be moderate 'maybe with symptoms'. Surprised at positive result, cos I don't have symptoms, but I now wear a mask when cleaning out.

david Posted March 2, 2012 Author Report Posted March 2, 2012 Resuts back today from Glasgow university for Blood tests state i have a reading of 9micro.per gramm of blood. This measures as very mild and any future problems can be remedied from developing further with the aid and use of a good mask (JUST LIKE TOOSHY SAY'S)!! I am more than happy with those results but it does appear the ill feeling i had was the dust playing games and blocking my sinus!! I will never be without my mask again. All in all a good conclusion! Thankyou. DAVID
