This is the response from the federation secretary:

 

No problem I will forward this to all my emails I have, I will not be able to make the meeting, but perhaps you could bring up, that if members supported the events we have at the minute maybe the club would not be in this situation. With only 15 members of the fed going to the dance (this does not include partners) its quite sad.

i think you are correct you cannot force anyone to do jobs in your club

but if someone is not pulling their weight and fit enough to do so

you can all individually refuse to handle their birds

which their is nothing they can do about

 

just make it clear at the start of the season that everone is expected to help at basketing

also for those that turn up right at the end every friday

if baskets are sealed will only get 1 cock and 1 hen marked

 

funny how they get to marking earlier inst it
