ian i am realy chuffed what a grand total . my wife is just off the phone to olivia,s mum just now telling her how much was raised . she is in her own words is realy chuffed and cant beleive it that saling doos would raise that much . she would like to say a massive thank you to all donaters and buyers . from me a big thanks to all who donated and bought the youngsters . also thanks to the owners of this great site for allowing this sale to take place and a massive thanks to mr charity (ian mckay) for running the sale your a proper gentleman . good luck with all who bought youngsters i got a neice of heathers dream 1st open snfc gold cup for £25 some real bargains for all.thanks guys

The fancier should have put a reserve on the bird and if the bird did not meet the reserve the norm would be to make a cash donation m8.

The fanciers concerned have short memories as a lot of basic members and outside fanciers donated and bought birds when their loft was burnt down, every time they are in their loft they shuld remember this and the birds they recieved also to get started again, They should be ashamed.

garry some folk have very short memourys and maybe value their birds higher than the price they make but they should remember its the total that counts for a worthy cause this is not your fault in any way but W PRYDE &SON should hang their heeds in shame i feel really sorry for you guys not only to let this poor wee mite doon but basically kick Garry in the nuts after the work he done helping to finance the rebuilding of your lofts through pigeon basics sale you guys must have no shame i,m disgusted that any one could treat people this way and also the contempt thats been shown to this site and its members JMO

i got 2 from my mate in newcastle the sire was bird of the year in their fed but he has also bred birds to win and score as has the hen he was paired to if you went to buy them at the loft they would be £100 each i put an £80 retainer on the pair when i told him how much they went for he said i aint bothered what ever they made will help the wee lass i could get them for nowt but was only to pleased to buy them as i got quality y/bs from a true fancier whos only thoughts was for to help some one in need

garry my friend this is no reflection on you its the guys who pulled the plug after they where sold shame on him

i bought blythy 1 doo for £30 these are a £100 at the loft a generation further removed was sold at auction by stafford for over £400 but martin did not say your not gettin that doo for £30 no i,m sorry but if the prydes loft is ever targeted again which i hope not i certainly would never help them in any way i think they are a disgrace JMO
