Snow still falling and the traffic on the main road between Wishaw and Motherwell is grid locked, only the odd car moving in the opposite direction. If you can avoid it stay well clear of it.

Has just taken 3.5 hours to get the 6 miles from Burnbank to Larkhall, not a gritter in sight, someone from south lanarkshire council should be getting hung strung and quartered. Have 2 kids to pick up back in Hamilton but because of the gridlock kids are stranded in School.

Roads are a disgrace left my car three mile away and had to walk home not a gritter in sight.

Snow is off here now.

We had something like 5 hours of snow in Falkirk today. Traffic was tailed back for miles this morning because cars couldn't make the hills. And all the bus services were suspended from 0900.

 

All the paths I cleared yesterday are under snow again this afternoon. Not looking forward to tomorrow, temperatures drop like a stone this evening, to be -6C overnight.

Was talking to a guy yesterday from council, they have been spreading sand because they run out of salt,up here in sunny Cumbernuld.Cleared our own street yesterday

We are truley in a worse state than China

 

By the way if you never here from Cumbernauld again, you'l know what happened

FOR THE 2ND TIME THIS YEAR I TOOK THE RAKE TO THE ROOF'S OF MY LOFT'S THEY WERE GETTING VERY HEAVY WI THE SNOW
