The FAULDHOUSE HOMING CLUB ANNUAL SHOW will take place on 4TH DECEMBER 2010 in the MASONIC HALL Fauldhouse.

Birds to be penned for 11.30am, judging commences at 12 Noon.

Entry fee is £1 Per bird, prize money is £5, £3, £2, £1, 50p & 50p

 

Admission to show £1, Bar will be open and snacks will be available.

 

 

Classes are:

 

1. 300 miles Ck J Mc Neil

2. 300 miles Hn D, Elliot

3. 150 miles Ck J Alston

4. 150 miles Hn H Ferguson

5. Likeliest Old Ck K Droog

6. Likeliest Old Hn J Wilkinson

7. 75 miles Yg Ck J Wilkinson

8. 75 miles Yg Hn K Droog

9. Likeliest Yg Ck D Elliot

10. Likeliest Yg Hn J Alston

11. A A Ck T T W H Ferguson

12. A A Hn T T W. J Mc Neil

 

NOTE: Classes 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 and 8 are FLOWN Classes.

This will be the 94th CONSECUTIVE show run by the club and i know the lads are desperate to keep it going until AT LEAST its 100th anniversary, so i would ask everyone who can give them an entry to do so, numbers make shows just like races and the more support the show has the more worthwhile it will be to keep it going.

bit earlier this year,usually first week in january,will be there all being well,like the first two classes which i have been lucky enough to have won in the past. :) :) :) dont think i have that special wee doo this year though,but who knows. :D

They are having it early so they have one this calender year, it preserves the Consecutive status of the show, as the January date was snowed out this year they have moved it forward to December.

I'll be putting ma request in for that day off when i get into work tomorrow. Been to most if not all of them since about 1992, i know they are expecting to be back in the community centre for next year, the revamp of it has run over schedule that is why its down at the masonic hall this year.

Ye its no looking too promising the now Brian but i'll give my entries in for Wednesday and see how the weather turns out.

Better having your entries in because it'll be a right bummer if fanciers don't put them in and it turns out to be fine on Saturday

 

Think the snow will have given up by midweek so hopefully it'll be ok for travelling.

Entered 9 John. I am also due up Dundee same day with 16. If weather is too bad for Dundee fingers crossed I can squeeze a couple more into Fauldhouse. Fingers crossed weather is better

Yeah was saying to Charlie there that mibi boxing day (Sunday) would work to try keep the consecutive side of the show running. If not back to January. Will see what decision the men decide. Am sure it looks off to me. Safety for the older generation of the sport is paramount. Am young and daft so would not phase me drivin through lol
