Guest neil Posted August 7, 2010 Report Posted August 7, 2010 looking at todays liberation information it looked like a scots only day for racing and i know tommorow will be welsh boys in the main,it set me wondering where the english lads were flying from if at all.Checked p/chat and in the main there were plenty of english libs posted,so it would seem the pigeon sites are split in the areas of people following them.I know pigeonbasics is becoming more popular in south wales with a steady trickle of members joining up of late including fanciers who are not confident to join but are reading the posts on a regular basis. Some main players are know seeing that it is a quick answer for relaying information out to rest of fanciers and long may it continue without anyone using the boards to critise these members.I think its better to use your name rather than a none-de-plume and your location is of help to know a bit about the area you fly in.I know more about Scottish racing than ever,a bit more about the irish so onwards and upwards. Room for both and p/b seems to be much better of late with good solid information without the spoilers ruining the thread with stupid comments(we have had a few in the past-well done moderators),upwards and onwards.Neil
OLDYELLOW Posted August 7, 2010 Report Posted August 7, 2010 To be honest very little moderation is done now , and as you say threads seem to be more about helping than stroking ones egos its a great site for all to use and long may it continue to grow

Still, most answers are usually associated with the peoples, ancient and modern, who have lived in the British Isles, especially Ireland, Wales and Scotland
